Refund policy


Posters are fragile items, and occasionally, they might not arrive in the condition we would hope for. We strive to organize the packaging and shipping process as efficiently and securely as possible by testing various packaging methods and shipping providers. If your poster arrives damaged or you are simply unsatisfied with it, please read below to learn how and if you can return it.

Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To initiate a return, please create a return request through the order page: https://25artstreet.nl/account
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging. You are responsible for returning the product yourself.

Damage
If your poster is damaged during transit, it is important to contact us via email (info@25artstreet.nl) or WhatsApp (+31 6 31200739).
Please provide us with photos of the following:

  1. The damage to the poster
  2. The packaging
  3. The label on the packaging

We will assess the damage and provide an appropriate solution.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
We will inform you immediately about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
You will receive the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your credit card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, it will only cover the initial purchase amount.
