Orders & Delivery Times

• Orders placed by 3:00 PM (CET): Your order will be shipped the same day.
• Delivery times:
• Within the Netherlands: 1-3 business days.
• To Belgium: 1-3 business days.
• To Germany: 2-4 business days.
• To other countries: 3-6 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping:
• Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Germany: free for orders over €30.
• Orders to other European countries: free for orders over €50.
• Additional costs:
• Shipping costs vary by country and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Shipping Methods

Our shipments are processed via Sendcloud and delivered by PostNL.

Tracking & Returns

• Easily track your order through the order page using a tracking number.
• You can also request a return via the same page.
